Welcome to Grace & Joe's wedding website!

We are delighted that we have so many friends and family members who are excited to be attending our wedding. This site will be updated as needed as the date of the wedding approaches. If there is anything we've missed, please contact us with any questions. Also, we haven't yet, but we will hopefully be adding some more photos here.

Hotel information

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Hotel, a great hotel within walking distance of the Inner Harbor. You can reserve your room by following this link: Hwang-Monaco room block. Alternatively, you may call the hotel at 1‑888‑421‑1442 and mention the code WDHM. There is a discounted rate of $129 for the base level room for 3/29 and 3/30 (there are a small number of rooms available on Friday, 3/28, if you wish to arrive earlier). Your room must be reserved by February 28th. If the block is full when you try to reserve, please let us know and we will try to increase the size of the block. Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out is 11am. Further details can be found on our hotels page.

Directions to the venue

Take I-95 toward Baltimore, then take Exit 55 to get onto Key Highway. (If you are taking I-95 North, note that Key Highway is the second left after the exit.) Follow Key Highway for half a mile until you see Harborview Drive and turn right. Please use the marina surface parking lot right at the entrance. The lot is located next to the venue, Tabrizi's, and parking will be free for guests (bring the ticket with you to get validated).

Transportation

If you're flying in, Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) airport is a short drive from downtown and the harbor. Taxi and shuttle services are available at the airport.

During the event, we will provide a car service (it may actually be a van) to and from the Hyatt hotel and the venue at Tabrizi's. The car service will begin at 4pm and last throughout the night as needed. The car will have a sign indicating “Hwang/Monaco Wedding”. If necessary, cabs will be available at the hotel as well as by calling 1‑410‑685‑1212. Additionally, the Charm City Circulator is a free Baltimore bus service with stops near the hotel and the venue.

Proceedings

The entire event will be held at Tabrizi's. The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour and dinner reception. We will have table service with several options for meals, including vegan and child-friendly foods. We are not specifying a dress code, but dress for an evening Spring wedding and be prepared for somewhat variable weather. The groom (and ring bearer!) will wear black tie, but that is not the expectation.
